Best Rest Online Customer Support

The Best Rest concept store customer support hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Our offices are closed weekends and all recognized US holidays. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of completed transaction and any order that falls on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day. If you have any questions regarding a recent order please submit your information in the form provided and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

At Best Rest we ship all domestic orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx if the item is being processed and shipped from our local warehouse. You will have shipping options to choose at checkout.

If your item is large in capacity or shipped via one of our brand partners, your order will indicate as such and we will notify you with all relevant shipping and delivery details.

As shared, customer orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, however with high demand, limited edition items or carrier issues, your order may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified via email of any pending delay. Please be sure that when you are placing your order that you submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping information.

We currently only ship to matching billing and shipping addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase but we realize sometimes things don’t work out. If this occurs we ask that customers submit their request for return and we will review for consideration.

Returns Eligibility

For any approved return purchased directly from our Best Rest store warehouse, each item must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the order receipt and/or packing slip within 7 calendar days from delivery. All item(s) must be unopened, never worn and in excellent condition. Approved returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of purchase. All packages but be delivered back to our fulfillment center using a US carrier that provides tracking.

Exceptions

Certain manufacturers have specific criteria for approved returns as well as refunds; if you cannot locate the policy within the product page on this website, please be sure to contact us and we will provide those policies for you right away. You can submit your inquiry in the form provided. 

Instructions for Approved Returns

All approved returns require a Best Rest RA number (Return Authorization) on the outside of the package.

  • Step 2: If approved - ship your return to:

Option to Exchange or Donate

If you discover you absolutely love the item you purchased but the size isn’t the best as with our sleep and relaxation apparel, we will approve an even exchange for the same item in a different size and we’ll even include the return label. Just submit the request in the form on this page and we will issue a prepaid label via email notification. Once your original item is received and marked in perfect condition our customer service office will send out your replacement - it’s that easy!

All approved returns require a Best Rest RA number (Return Authorization) on the outside of the package. Approved shipments for return will receive their RA number from a customer support specialist.
